So if you are playing 4 orbits per hour you need to steal 2 sets of blinds per orbit to make that rate.
With decent dealers you should be playing 40-50 hands per hour, even with hand-shuffling. in your stack!! You will have to figure out how to beat the rake you are dealing with, which is more than double a standard US rake. When you are making 20+BB per hour then you can consider moving up a level. you should shoot for at least 8-12BB per hour at live poker.
